ABOUT ANNGELLE
Proud New Englander and Massachusetts native, Anngelle Wood is a long-time member of the Boston media community. With a resume that includes radio institutions WFNX, WBCN, and WZLX, she is a proven media professional who takes pride in fostering relationships. Her work specializes in broadcasting, media relations, marketing, digital production, event production, media writing, content creation, and podcasting.
As host of the radio program Boston Emissions, her focus has been on new music discovery and supporting New England artists. Anngelle produces the annual Rock & Roll Rumble music festival, and works in media relations and marketing.

She is a strong proponent of independent music and art, animal rescue, and mentoring young people - particularly young women - navigating the music and media industries.
In 2020, she created the Massachusetts and New England true crime and history podcast, Crime of the Truest Kind, where her focus is on storytelling and advocacy.
​Through this, Anngelle has been consulting and producing podcasts and live podcast events in the Greater Boston area.
She cofounded the Massachusetts Missing & Murdered Persons Advocacy Coaliton (MMMPAC) in 2024, and in 2025, became a credintialed victim advocate through the National Organization for Victim Advocacy (NOVA)
Anngelle advocates for animal rescue. With five rescue dogs, including three English bulldogs, her house is covered in drool and full of love (much of which is featured on her personal Instagram at @anngelle).
